Your purchases are for personal use only and are subject to our Refund Policy.

All prices shown are in Fijian dollars (FJD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase and shown in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include VAT, handling, or installation fees.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing and contact information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use any credit or debit card you provide and that all charges incurred will be honored by your card provider.

SECTION 5 – INSTALLATION & SERVICE DELIVERY

Tui Wai Pacific does not offer shipping. We provide in-person installation services for all water filtration systems in Fiji. Installation pricing may vary based on location and job complexity.

Installations are scheduled upon order confirmation. While we aim to complete installations promptly, delays may occur due to customer availability, weather, or other unforeseen issues. Risk of loss and title pass to you once installation is complete.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and product descriptions—is the property of Tui Wai Pacific or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
